Role Overview

Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Lead, mentor, and expand the sales and business development function
Drive new client acquisition across Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Creative Services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers
Oversee lead generation, client presentations, proposal development, and deal closures
Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
Monitor sales performance through CRM tools, dashboards, and KPIs
Identify new markets, partnerships, and long-term revenue opportunities
Represent the organization in client meetings, pitches, and industry engagements

Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated success in Digital Marketing Agency sales leadership
Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid media, social platforms, SEO, and content strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
Experience managing enterprise and mid-market client portfolios
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
