Sales Executive

We are seeking experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your responsibilities include conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings is crucial. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services, creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, and ensuring the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations. Displaying efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery, and customer specifications to their managers is essential. Collaboration with team members, gathering feedback from customers or prospects, and sharing it with the internal team to achieve better results is also a key aspect of the role. Additionally, recording sales and order information and reporting the same to the internal team, as well as keeping track of buying trends and providing accurate feedback to the team, are part of your responsibilities. The skill sets and experience we require include: - 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive - Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Self-motivated with a result-driven approach - Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office - Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage Pedigree: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (any discipline) - MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred,
