WHAT YOU'LL DO

Primary Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Prospecting (50%)

Target North Karnataka SMEs: Belgaum, Hubli, Dharwad, Bijapur (50-200 employees)

Industries: IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, healthcare, education, hospitality

Generate 50+ qualified leads monthly through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking

Build pipeline of 30+ active opportunities


2. Product Demonstrations (30%)

Conduct 15-20 product demos monthly (Zoom + in-person)

Educate HR Heads/Business Owners on EAP benefits

Showcase platform: Proprietary offering, data-driven platform, Live counselor demo, booking system, analytics


3. Sales Closure & Negotiation (15%)


4. Relationship Management (5%)

Post-sale handoff to Customer Success

Monthly check-ins for upsell readiness

Gather testimonials and build case studies


ROLE: JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (B2B)

Location: Belgaum, Karnataka (Office-based, Hybrid 4 days/week)

Department: Sales

Reports to: Founder (direct reporting, high visibility)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales

Start Date: Immediate


This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve contacting leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional post-sale customer support. The role also includes market research to identify new opportunities, preparing and delivering reports to management, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education

MBA (Marketing/Sales) or BBA preferred

Any graduation + 2+ years proven sales track record acceptable


Experience

1-3 years in B2B sales (NOT B2C retail/insurance)

Industries: BFSI, IT services, SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing


Required Skills
