Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): • Architect and develop world-class, fully responsive web applications using Next.js • Create pixel-perfect designs that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes • Design and implement smooth page-to-page interactions, micro interactions, and flawless transitions • Work on video optimization for high-performance video streaming, compression, and fast load times across global audiences • Build highly scalable, highly performant, cutting-edge wellness solutions • If you know Express.js, you will play across the full stack and engineer holistic digital experiences • Collaborate with our elite team of AI scientists, psychologists, product visionaries, and global advisors • Be part of a movement that is actively transforming workplace mental health What You Bring: * Minimum 4 years of professional frontend experience * Mastery in Next.js — you dream in React SSR/ISR * Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility * Strong expertise in page-to-page navigation performance, animations, lazy loading, prefetching, and micro interactions * Experience with video streaming optimization, adaptive bitrates, CDN integration, and media performance best practices * Bonus superpower: experience with Express.js for full-stack development * Passion to build products that create real human impact Why SOULSARA? * You build tech.
