Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to promote and sell our CPaaS and SaaS offerings to a wide range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B technology sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the tech industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for CPaaS and SaaS products Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demo presentations, negotiations, and closing deals Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and align solutions accordingly Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFPs for enterprise clients Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to the management team Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software Proven success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships Strong understanding of cloud-based communication and software solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to explain technical products in simple, solution-driven terms Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player Preferred Skills: Experience in selling IT or telecom solutions to mid and large enterprises Familiarity with CPaaS platforms (like Twilio, Vonage, Gupshup) and SaaS tools Certification in Sales or Business Development Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and API integrations What We Offer Opportunity to lead sales growth in a high-demand technology space A dynamic and collaborative work environment Performance-based incentives and career advancement opportunities Show more Show less
