We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth for our CPaaS and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B technology sales experience, a consultative approach, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships. This is a field-based role with responsibility for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across multiple metro locations.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for CPaaS and SaaS products.
• Conduct market research to map potential clients and industry trends.
• Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, presentations, solution demos, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to address business challenges.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs for enterprise clients.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular reports to management.
• Represent Anava at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a brand ambassador.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based communication and software solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in clear, business-focused language.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative team player.

• Experience selling IT or telecom solutions to mid-market and large enterprises.
• Familiarity with CPaaS platforms (such as Twilio, Vonage, Gupshup) and SaaS applications.
• Certifications in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and API integrations.
