Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth for our CPaaS and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B technology sales experience, a consultative approach, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships. This is a field-based role with responsibility for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across multiple metro locations. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for CPaaS and SaaS products. Conduct market research to map potential clients and industry trends. Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, presentations, solution demos, negotiations, and deal closure. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to address business challenges. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and campaigns. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs for enterprise clients. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular reports to management. Represent Anava at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a brand ambassador. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the technology sector. Strong understanding of cloud-based communication and software solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical solutions in clear, business-focused language. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative team player. Preferred Skills Experience selling IT or telecom solutions to mid-market and large enterprises. Familiarity with CPaaS platforms (such as Twilio, Vonage, Gupshup) and SaaS applications. Certifications in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
