Job Description

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer data, conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, driving sales conversions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves interaction with both B2B and B2C clients, ensuring accurate documentation and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Data Management

  • Maintain accurate client contact details for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • For B2B Clients (Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Carpenters):

    • Collect Name, Contact Number, Email ID, and Company Details.
    • Maintain referral data.
  • For B2C Clients (End Consumers):

    • Collect Name, Contact Number, Email ID, and Company Details (if applicable).
    • Capture influencer details (Architect / Interior Designer / Contractor / Carpenter).
    • Maintain referral data.
  • Ensure all customer information is updated and managed through the CRM software.

2. Client Meetings & Sales Quotations

  • Provide accurate sales quotations based on client requirements or selections made at the showroom.
  • Conduct meetings with clients at the site, showroom, or client office by capturing complete requirement details.
  • Provide relevant product samples and solutions based on collected information.

3. Sales Conversions & Recommendations

  • Understand client intent (B2B/B2C) and recommend suitable designs and products.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Maintain target profitability as per management guidelines.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure professionalism and maintain respectful and cordial relationships with clients.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to understand customer satisfaction and document feedback in CRM for internal review.
  • Maintain formal written communication via email or WhatsApp, keeping records updated.
