For B2B Clients (Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Carpenters): Collect Name, Contact Number, Email ID, and Company Details. Maintain referral data. For B2C Clients (End Consumers): Collect Name, Contact Number, Email ID, and Company Details (if applicable). Capture influencer details (Architect / Interior Designer / Contractor / Carpenter). Maintain referral data. Ensure all customer information is updated and managed through the CRM software. 2. Client Meetings & Sales Quotations Provide accurate sales quotations based on client requirements or selections made at the showroom.
