Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive preferably with a solid background in hospitality or wellness sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to connect authentically with a diverse, conscious and affluent clientele. You will play a key role in expanding our reach and strengthening our brand presence across both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation: - Identify and convert high-quality inbound leads across wellness tourism, group retreats, and individual bookings. - Understand the resort’s meditation and wellness offerings, and tailor the pitch to meet client needs and preferences. - Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Client Engagement: - Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, offering support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction. - Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns. - Maintain and analyze sales reports, conversion metrics, and client feedback. Lead Generation & Social Media: - Utilize social media platforms to generate and nurture new leads. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns that promote the resort’s offerings. - Engage with potential clients online and increase visibility through targeted promotions. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, in the hospitality or wellness sector. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required. - A passion for meditation, wellness, and mindfulness. Understanding of wellness trends / conscious living is a plus. - Proven sales acumen with an aptitude for understanding customer needs. - Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, lead tracking, and sales analytics. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. - Experience in handling international clientele is a plus.
