We are rapidly growing our operations, quality, and range of service through our guests come here for wellness/meditation Role: Organize and manage teams to deliver quality services and experiences comparable to a 4-star resort with 99% plus satisfaction levels. Responsibilities: • Manage various resort departments such as Kitchen, Security, Housekeeping, Dining hall, Café, Garden, STP, all utilities, Maintenance, and HR and deliver overall results. • Manage regulatory interaction with various government departs related to Pollution, Tourism, Electricity, and Labour. • Identify talent and train them to ensure that we build a team that can deliver great guest satisfaction. About you: You are someone who is dynamic – someone who can maintain their energy levels during a long day in a typical hospitality environment. You can address immediate issues while also being capable of thinking strategically for the long term to make the Osho Himalayas a great place. You have expertise in hospitality management with 5-10 years of experience in managing a 4/5 star hotel/resort. You are interested in using the latest technology for automation, error reduction, and cost efficiency.
