Objective and responsibilities The primary objective of the Value Added Services Officer is to enhance the company's offerings to Internet customers by implementing existing solutions and developing innovative services tailored to the needs of rural clients, ensuring improved customer satisfaction and engagement. Scope of Work Market Research and Analysis Conduct comprehensive research to identify the specific needs and preferences of rural customers. Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to develop unique value-added services for AirJaldi. Service Development: Based on existing offerings and market research, design and develop new value- services and packages that align with the company's goals and customer needs. Collaborate with AirJaldi’s management team to integrate these services into existing offerings. Implementation and Management Oversee the implementation of new services, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently. Monitor the performance and impact of value-added services, making adjustments as necessary. Customer Engagement Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through value-added services. Work closely with AirJaldi’s field and marketing and sales teams to ensure that service offerings are effectively offered to customers. Engage directly with potential customers Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings. Ensure that sales targets are met Training and Support Provide training to staff on the new value-added services. Offer ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of these services. Reporting Help in development and implementation of a marketing and sales dashboard for value added products offerings. Prepare periodic detailed reports on the performance and impact of value-added services. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Deliverables Development and implementation plans for new value-added services. Fulfillment of marketing and sales targets. Comprehensive market research reports. Regular performance and impact analysis reports. Customer feedback summaries and improvement plans. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a rural setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement innovative services. Experience with market research and customer engagement strategies. Full proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) of Hindi and English. Knowledge of any other Indian languages an asset. Willingness to travel to various sites across India for about 30% of the time.
