What You'll Do


Marketing Manager


  • Own Marketing Execution End-to-End:

     Manage campaigns across email, content, and digital channels — driving awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads. 
  • ICP & List Building:

     Use tools like 

    Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot

     to identify and segment ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for outreach and personalized campaigns. 
  • Run Email & Outreach Campaigns:

     Build and execute targeted campaigns that convert prospects into customers — with full ownership over performance and optimization. 
  • Manage CRM & Marketing Ops:

     Oversee our marketing stack (HubSpot, automations, analytics) to ensure data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and efficient execution. 
  • Lead Content Creation:

     Build and manage our content engine — from thought-leadership blogs and SEO content to case studies, newsletters, and social storytelling. 
  • Drive SEO & AEO Strategy:

     Use tools like 

    SEMrush

     and 

    Google Search Console

     to strengthen our 

    Search Engine and AI Engine Optimization (AEO)

     — making Dversi visible not just on Google, but on AI systems like ChatGPT and Gemini. 
  • Write High-Impact Copy:

     Craft persuasive copy for 

    landing pages, campaigns, and product launches

     — with minimal supervision and a clear sense of our brand voice. 
  • Be Data-Driven:

     Use tools like 

    Google Analytics

     and 

    HubSpot Reports

     to measure performance, analyze results, and refine strategies continuously. 
  • Champion the Brand:

     Act as a 

    brand ambassador

    , ensuring every touchpoint — content, design, or communication — reflects Dversi’s mission and positioning.

What We're Looking For


  • 1–2 years of experience in a 

    marketing or growth role

    , ideally within a B2B tech or SaaS environment. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like 

    HubSpot, Apollo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console

    , etc. 
  • Strong understanding of 

    ICP research, lead generation, and outreach campaigns

  • Excellent 

    content and copywriting

     skills — blogs, landing pages, emails, and social content. 
  • Proficiency in using 

    GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

     to enhance content, ideation, and productivity. 
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership. 
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup. 
  • Eagerness to represent the Dversi brand and engage directly with our audience.
