Role Description

The Executive (Happy Hub) role involves daily activities focused on creating a delightful experience for guests at the Happy Hub. Responsibilities include planning and overseeing recreational activities, engaging with guests to ensure memorable experiences, coordinating events, and maintaining the quality and ambiance of the facility. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dharamshala.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with guests and addressing their needs
• Event planning, coordination, and execution experience, particularly in recreational or hospitality settings
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
