We’re Urgently looking for a friendly and responsible General Manager to oversee daily operations at our beachside resort. The role mainly focuses on guest satisfaction, smooth coordination between staff, and maintaining a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. You don’t need a formal degree we value good communication, basic management skills, and a positive attitude more than qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily resort activities (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance). Ensure guests have a pleasant stay and handle any minor issues politely. Coordinate with staff to maintain resort cleanliness and service quality. Manage room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Keep basic records of resort operations and expenses. Support event or group bookings when needed. Maintain calm, friendly communication with all guests and team members. Requirements: Good communication and people skills (English or local language). Basic knowledge of hospitality or customer service. Leadership ability and a cooperative mindset. Basic computer or smartphone skills for managing bookings. Experience in hotel/resort or supervisory roles is a plus, not mandatory.
