Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing General Manager Sales with 7+ years of leadership experience to drive revenue growth, team productivity, and overall business performance.

The GM Sales will act as a strategic leader responsible for:

  • Achieving revenue targets
  • Driving daily team performance
  • Monitoring productivity
  • Guiding teams on project knowledge
  • Representing the team and company in internal and external forums

This role is ideal for a strong leader who excels in operations, coaching, sales strategy, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation & Business Growth
  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop high-impact sales strategies and revenue roadmaps to maximize conversions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, builder tie-ups, and project expansions.
  • Work closely with leadership to forecast revenue pipelines and market insights.
  • Team Performance & Productivity Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for consistent performance and productivity.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and ensure strict performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, reviews, and coaching sessions to uplift productivity.
  • Improve team discipline, participation, call activity, site visits, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

Project Knowledge & Team Guidance

  • Ensure the team is thoroughly updated on project features, pricing, USPs, inventory, competition analysis, and builder offerings.
  • Conduct project briefings, training sessions, and mock presentations to improve team capability.
  • Guide team members in preparing clients for visits and negotiations.
  • Client & Builder Representation
  • Represent the team in client escalations, builder meetings, and strategic discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and premium clients.
  • Present sales performance, insights, and plans to management regularly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion funnels.
  • Coordinate with operations for documentation, legal, banking support, and customer onboarding.
  • Align strategies across departments to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation, team management, and sales execution.
  • Strong leadership, team motivation, and performance evaluation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong market understanding and ability to guide teams on project-level details.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
