Build strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and key clients.
Track team performance and report daily/weekly sales metrics to senior management.
Stay updated with the Hyderabad real estate market, including new launches and pricing trends.
5 to 6 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales for Hyderabad location.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
