Role & responsibilities

KRA:

• Acting as an interface between client and operations
• Ensuring client gets quick responses and managing performance review meetings with clients
• Must have experience of collections and understand data analysis & collection reports
• Ensuring that the processes specified by the clients in respect of collections against these portfolios are followed by the relevant operational and IT teams
• Assisting the IT team in mapping and transferring processes onto the system in a timely manner
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of these portfolios on an ongoing basis, both to the client and internally
• Attending review meetings and calls with the client and operations team and addressing any points requiring resolution
• Reviewing compliance with client processes, taking up any deviations with operational teams, and following through for satisfactory resolution
• Formulating and directing collection strategy in respect of portfolios under your purview, including switching between various modes of collection, with the objective of ensuring that the collection targets are achieved at optimal cost
• Leveraging your relationship with clients allocated to you in order to secure additional business, in line with budgeted revenue targets for these clients
• Ensuring timely & relevant reporting by the MIS team
• Guiding and mentoring MIS team members designated as SPOCs for smaller clients and portfolios
• Providing structured training to junior team members, as and when required
• Any other matters as may be delegated to you from time to time by the CEO

Experience and Qualifications:

1. 10+ years experience in large NBFC
2. Experience in collection of retail pools, with knowledge of field and call center operations
3. High level of Excel and data interpretation skills
4. Process oriented
5. Good communication skills, spoken and written (Especially Hindi & English)
6. Team player; ability to interface between clients and operations teams
7. Age within 50 Years.

Education: qualification in finance: B.Com/MCom/MBA/ CA/ CA Inter/ ACMA / CFA
