Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for proactively identifying, soliciting, and managing new business accounts to drive revenue and achieve sales targets across corporate, leisure, and group segments for the hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development:

    Actively

    prospect

    for new corporate, travel agent, and group business opportunities through calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
  • Account Management:

    Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring repeat business and strong, long-term relationships.
  • Negotiation & Contracts:

    Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates and terms, and finalize

    sales contracts

    to secure profitable business.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay informed about

    market trends

    , competitor activities, and economic indicators affecting hotel performance.
  • Reporting:

    Track daily sales activities, maintain an accurate

    client database (CRM)

    , and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork:

    Liaise effectively with the Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for secured accounts.
