Role : Sales Executive β India Named Accounts We are looking for a young, dynamic, and ambitious Sales Executive to join our high-growth team focused on driving new business across India-based enterprise accounts. This is a key hunter role responsible for creating new logos, building a strong sales pipeline, and positioning our AI-first digital services and solutions with CXO-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development β Identify, pursue, and win new logos in the India market across industries like BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Travel, and Technology. Lead Generation & Prospecting β Leverage market research, networking, and digital tools (LinkedIn, events, referrals) to identify high-potential prospects. Client Engagement β Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CMOs, Digital Heads) and understand their business and technology needs. Sales Strategy β Create and execute territory plans, target account strategies/plans, and outreach programs to drive revenue growth. Collaboration β Work closely with pre-sales/ solutioning, delivery, and marketing teams to shape winning proposals and pitches. Reporting & Forecasting β Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM hygiene; report weekly pipeline updates to the leadership team. Qualifications & Experience: 4β7 years of experience in B2B IT services or solutions sales, ideally with exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Tech. Proven track record in new account acquisition and hunting-oriented roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating enterprise sales cycles. Self-starter with high energy, ambition, and a bias for action. Preferred Attributes: Experience in working with GCCs, startups, or mid-sized enterprises is a plus. Understanding of technology services (cloud, AI, data, automation, etc.). Show more Show less
