We are currently expanding our customer support team in Noida and seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, or chat related to logistics and e-commerce deliveries. Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Adhere to process guidelines and strive to meet performance targets. --- Candidate Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics-based BPO or a premium e-commerce customer service process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach. Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts; one-side cab facility available during odd hours).
