About the Role ( AVP – Digital Transformation) As a leader in Digital Transformation, you will spearhead the organization's improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with COOs, senior executives, and clients. Your focus will be on enhancing productivity, profitability, and business outcomes through the identification and implementation of digital solutions. Leveraging a gambit of AI principles, you will drive strategic transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with global functional and vertical goals through effective resource management and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Process & Technology Consulting : Lead operational transformation initiatives using cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, BPM, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and tailored digital solutions. Process Reengineering & Optimization : Identify and implement end-to-end process improvements using structured, data-driven methodologies. Continuous Improvement : Analyze data, map customer journeys and business processes to uncover and act on areas for improvement. Business Consulting & Presales : Contribute to solution design, RFX documentation, and executive-level presentations within service provider environments. Innovation & Change Leadership : Champion initiatives that enhance customer experience, reduce manual work, and increase operational efficiency. Client Advisory & Analysis : Conduct detailed process and data assessments, offering strategic recommendations that deliver tangible client value. Project & Program Management : Develop and manage transformation roadmaps, ensure effective project execution, and build strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders. Cross-functional Partnership : Collaborate with sales, transitions, operations, and support teams to implement business-wide process improvements. Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively influence and align both internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation agendas forward. Preferred Qualifications & Skills In-depth understanding of Business Process Services (BPS), Customer Experience (CX) operations. Expertise in crafting business transformation strategies and reengineering processes using RPA, cognitive tools, interaction analytics, and AI platforms. Demonstrated experience in senior-level stakeholder and client management. Strong background in solution design, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and process consulting. Proven track record in executing global automation and AI-led transformation programs. Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging C-suite leadership. Strategic thinking, with the flexibility to adapt and a focus on delivering measurable productivity gains. Openness to global travel as project needs dictate.
