Job Description

We are looking for dynamic smart young girls and boys to join as an sales executive for our real estate business. Min 1-5 years experience in real estate project(Residential or Commercial) or in Automobile sector. Good communication skills with good looking to attend walking customers. Good salary + Incentives. A Sales Executive in a real estate company is primarily responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating property deals, and ensuring seamless transactions for residential projects. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in real estate markets, focusing on residential projects. Build and maintain relationships with potential property buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective clients. Negotiate property sales contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients. Market properties through advertisements, promotional materials, and open houses to attract buyers. Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings relevant to residential projects. Prepare and present sales reports to management, including forecasts and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies during transactions. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and assisting with documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in residential property projects. Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and property management systems. Ability to conduct property market analysis and advise clients accordingly. Self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Desired Skills Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing leads and client records. Effective marketing and promotional strategy development for residential real estate. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and property listings efficiently.
