As a Sales Executive / Manager (Events) at Inkline Atelier, your role will involve identifying, generating, and nurturing new business opportunities for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, generating, and nurturing new business opportunities for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. - Creating customized event proposals and sales presentations based on client requirements. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction. - Collaborating with the planning and operations team to ensure smooth event execution. - Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and contributing to overall business growth. - Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights. - Representing the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience in event sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in weddings, corporate events, media, or hospitality). - Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - High level of self-motivation, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
