Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves driving diamond sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring smooth and professional end-to-end sales interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with B2B clients including retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and traders.
  • Drive sales of certified and non-certified diamonds while consistently meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to close profitable deals.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups, accurate data, and organized CRM/sales records.
  • Stay updated on diamond grading (4Cs), industry trends, and market insights.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Share product lists, quotations, and ensure seamless after-sales support.
  • Track leads, analyze performance, and report key insights to management.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of diamonds, jewelry, and 4Cs grading.
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven approach.
  • Market awareness with good analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Understanding of the latest industry technology and tools.


Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree/diploma.
  • Young, energetic individuals eager to learn and grow.
  • Maximum 1–4 years of experience in B2B diamond sales or related fields.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome.
  • Candidates who demonstrate stability, long-term thinking, and clear career goals.
  • Passionate about the diamond industry and committed to building strong client relationships.
