Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in the diamond and jewelry industry, with exposure to international and domestic sales, client coordination, and backend operations. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, client communications, and data management. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation. Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and maintain client records using ERP/CRM systems. Handle client queries (email/phone) and support relationship management for key accounts. Support in preparing reports, presentations, and sales trackers. Follow up with clients regarding payments, orders, or document submissions. Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, or client visits as required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (preferably in the gems & jewelry industry). Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English; additional languages a plus. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
