Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive in the Paper industry, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for a range of paper products. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories and market segments. - Promote and sell the company's paper products to wholesalers, printers, packaging firms, and other industrial clients. - Conduct cold calls, client visits, and presentations to generate new leads and close deals. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers for mutually beneficial outcomes. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and high satisfaction. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences for new opportunities. - Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager. - Maintain a deep understanding of paper products, their uses, and technical specifications. - Stay updated on industry developments, sustainable solutions, and innovations in paper manufacturing. - Analyze the market and internal purchase department to manage stock effectively. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the paper, printing, or packaging industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle management. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Willingness to travel within assigned territories. In this role, you will work full-time with occasional overtime based on project or sales deadlines. Regular travel for client meetings, market visits, and trade events is required.
