As a Sales Executive in the Paper industry, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for a range of paper products. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories and market segments. - Promote and sell the company's paper products to wholesalers, printers, packaging firms, and other industrial clients. - Conduct cold calls, client visits, and presentations to generate new leads and close deals. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers for mutually beneficial outcomes. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and high satisfaction. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences for new opportunities. - Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager. - Maintain a deep understanding of paper products, their uses, and technical specifications. - Stay updated on industry developments, sustainable solutions, and innovations in paper manufacturing. - Analyze the market and internal purchase department to manage stock effectively.
