Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relationship Management

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through multiple channels.
  
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and field visits to showcase products/services.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  

Market Research & Business Development

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  
• Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
  

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

• Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  
• Prepare forecasts and contribute to sales strategy development.
  

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  
• Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
  

Requirements & Skills

• Education:

  Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience:

  0 - 3 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
  
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
