Sales Executive - Freshers

We're looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products/services in the field. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Customer Relationship Management

- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels

- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals

- Market Research and Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

- Sales Reporting and Forecasting

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance

- Provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement

- Product Demonstrations and Presentations

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Showcase product features and benefits, addressing client concerns and objections

Requirements and Skills

- Education

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience

- 0-3 years of experience in sales or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)

- Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
