We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing customer relationships, and actively promoting our products/services in the field. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Relationship Management Identify potential clients and generate leads through multiple channels. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and field visits to showcase products/services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Market Research & Business Development Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Prepare forecasts and contribute to sales strategy development. Product Demonstrations & Presentations Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively. Requirements & Skills Education: Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 0 - 3 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
