Role Overview

We are looking for high-energy, articulate freshers who are natural communicators and relationship builders. Your primary responsibility is to talk to prospects, nurture them, and convert them into active product users. You will learn and apply enterprise SaaS sales frameworks while working closely with senior leadership.

This role requires persistence, confidence, and the ability to pursue conversations until closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales conversations via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify buyers using a structured discovery framework (pain, budget, timeline, decision-making).
  • Maintain and update lead/activity data in the CRM (AIVOA product) accurately.
  • Schedule demos and coordinate with Product/Customer Success for pilot discussions.
  • Follow up on proposals, track pipeline stages, and assist in closing motions.
  • Work with marketing to convert content into sales enablement (case studies, one-pagers).
  • Meet weekly/monthly activity and pipeline KPIs set by the sales manager.
  • Continuously learn about life-sciences workflows, compliance constraints, and customer use cases.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication; natural ability to talk confidently and build rapport.
  • High persistence: ability to follow up, pursue conversations, and drive closure.
  • Interest in enterprise SaaS, AI tools, and technology-driven sales.
  • Comfortable performing outreach and convincing customers to adopt the product.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving startup environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Recent graduate (any discipline) with strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Demonstrable interest in B2B SaaS sales (projects, internships, campus placements, or relevant coursework).
  • Comfortable making outreach calls and writing persuasive outreach emails.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM concepts (leads, opportunities, pipeline) —Knowledge in any CRM is a plus.
  • High drive, resilience to rejection, and an appetite to learn consultative selling.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Interview Process

Round 1

  • Candidate will be given a buyer persona and must initiate a mock discovery call.
  • Evaluation focuses on natural communication, persuasion, persistence, and product explanation.

Round 2

  • Review of your approach, your thinking process, and your ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Discussion around startup mindset, ownership, and communication habits.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Any exposure to life-sciences, pharma, clinical/commercial roles.
  • Any exposure to B2B sales, inside sales, or SDR internships.
  • Internships in inside sales or SDR roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce basics.
