About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable backend services using
Python
(FastAPI).
Build and maintain frontend components using
React
.
Work with
PostgreSQL
(or other SQL databases) for data storage, queries, and optimization.
Integrate APIs and build end-to-end features across CRM modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Use
AI tools
(e.g.,
ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or similar
) to boost productivity and code quality.
Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and daily standups.
Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in
Python programming
(projects, professional experience, or internships).
Familiarity with
SQL databases
(PostgreSQL preferred).
Strong ability to utilize
AI tools
(e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or others) for coding assistance.
Problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently, and strong team collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies quickly.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

Basic
knowledge of
React.js.
Basic
knowledge of
FastAPI
framework.
Understanding of LangChain or LangGraph.
Familiarity with AI models and LLM tools.
Domain knowledge in Life Sciences.
