What You'll Do

Act Like the User:
Use our CRM as a customer would to find confusing workflows and usability issues.
Test Everything:
Design and run both manual and automated (
Selenium
) tests for new features.
Write Great Reports:
Create exceptionally clear bug reports and UX analyses that help developers find root causes.
Use AI Smartly:
Leverage AI assistants (
Gemini
,
ChatGPT
) to boost your productivity in research and test creation, not to replace your own critical thinking.
Analyze Competitors:
Research competing software and deliver actionable reports on their strengths and weaknesses.
Be a Product Advocate:
Champion the user by presenting their frustrations and pain points to the product and development teams.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of
Selenium

Python

Java
