About the Role We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented individual for a unique role that blends software testing with product analysis. This isn't a typical QA job. You'll be the voice of our user, critically evaluating our AI-powered CRM to ensure its not just functional, but intuitive and better than the competition. Your mission is to constantly ask "Why?" Why is a feature confusing? Why is a competitor's design better? Why does this bug matter to our users What You'll Do Act Like the User: Use our CRM as a customer would to find confusing workflows and usability issues. Test Everything: Design and run both manual and automated ( Selenium ) tests for new features. Write Great Reports: Create exceptionally clear bug reports and UX analyses that help developers find root causes. Use AI Smartly: Leverage AI assistants ( Gemini , ChatGPT ) to boost your productivity in research and test creation, not to replace your own critical thinking. Analyze Competitors: Research competing software and deliver actionable reports on their strengths and weaknesses. Be a Product Advocate: Champion the user by presenting their frustrations and pain points to the product and development teams. What We're Looking For Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Selenium with Python or Java . Familiarity with writing test cases and bug reports. Excellent written communication skills. Core Mindset (Most Important): Deep Curiosity: You're driven to understand how things work and how to make them better. Critical Thinking: You can analyze problems from user, business, and technical perspectives. Constructive Feedback: You don't just find flaws; you explain why they're problems and suggest thoughtful solutions . Attention to Detail: You spot the small things others miss.
