Product understanding: Develop a deep understanding of AIVOA's Generative AI platform and its various copilots/solutions. Learn how these tools address high-level business problems for teams in diverse domains such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and insurance. 2. Test planning with AI/LLM: Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements for new features and enhancements. Explore and utilize AI/LLM tools to assist in the research, creation, and optimization of comprehensive test plans and test strategies applicable across different industry use cases. 3. Test case design & development: Design, develop, and maintain clear, concise, and effective test cases, investigating the use of AI/LLM tools for generation and augmentation where appropriate to ensure robust coverage of our AI platform's functionalities. 4. Test execution with AI/LLM: Execute planned test cases (manual and exploratory) and investigate the application of AI/LLM tools to enhance test execution efficiency, particularly for testing AI-driven outputs and workflows relevant to various business processes. 5. Defect management: Identify, meticulously document, and track defects, providing detailed information and reproduction steps to the development team. 6. Analysis & reporting: Analyze test results, identify patterns or areas of concern, and provide clear, actionable feedback and reports to stakeholders. 7. Customer interaction (as required): Potentially assist in managing customer interactions related to product queries, feedback collection, or basic issue triage for our AI platform, ensuring a positive customer experience across different client sectors. 8. Proactive & eager to learn: A self-starter attitude, highly motivated to learn new technologies and take ownership of tasks. 8.
