Role & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for planning and delivering monthly sales targets (of the assigned verticals) of the organization effectively. 2. Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. 3. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. 4. Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on. 5. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company. 6. Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process. 7. Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. 8. Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities. 9. Responsible for selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the customer. Customer relationship management is also his KRA. 10. Maintain necessary data and records for future reference. 11. Responsible to drive sales and business development of the verticals / industries responsible for. 12. Support the team members in verticals to gain market share and position ELKAY as leading supplier of speciality silicones. 13. Work independently and deliver results. Take help of manager whenever required. 14. Report manager on monthly basis about market happening, competitor activities, Competitor products, pricing etc.
