Role and Responsibilities: Developinga business plan that covers sales, revenue, and achieve planned sales goals. Conductmarket research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Set upmeetings with potential clients and deliver appropriate presentations onproducts and services Createweekly sales reports, fieldwork reports on a daily basis & status of salesagainst the submitted monthly plan. Negotiate/closedeals and handle complaints or any objections Collaboratewith team members to achieve better results Gatherfeedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams Requirements: 1+ Yearsof Work Experience (Smart Freshers with chemistry Background can be considered) Bachelorsdegree in Chemistry - Required [ Must ] Preferredfrom Lab and Research Chemicals Domain [ Must] Proficiencyin local language in respective locations as mentioned Thoroughunderstanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fastlearner and passion for sales Self-motivatedwith a results-driven approach Hands-onexperience with ERP software is a plus
