Role & responsibilities Lead Management & Client Engagement Attend walk-ins, telephonic, and digital inquiries. Follow up consistently on leads generated. Qualify leads by understanding budget, location preference, urgency, and property type. Sales Presentations & Site Visits Explain project features, floor plans, amenities, legal documentation, and pricing clearly to clients. Conduct site visits . Coordinate with technical teams for client queries during visits.. Post-Sale Support Guide buyers post-booking till possession, including payment follow-ups and documentation. Coordinate with backend for allotment letters, demand notes, and handover schedule. Maintain customer relationships to build loyalty and referrals. Preferred candidate profile Freshers welcome with good communication and interest in real estate. Up to 5 years of sales experience (real estate, or retail sector preferred). Skills Required: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Confident personality with presentation and persuasion abilities. Strong follow skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and property portals.
