9. Identify new business opportunities in the areas of groups operation and to bid competitively for projects.
10. Guide proposal team for bidding various projects.
11. Lead Management system - Analyse & review LMS weekly basis to increase the productivity
12. Ensuring the performance of vacant territories to deliver the budgets
