Position Summary

We seek a driven Sales Executive to champion our marble portfolio—spanning Statuario, Calacatta, Carrara, Indian Makrana, and more. You will cultivate relationships, generate new business, and guide clients through the selection and procurement process, ensuring an exceptional experience from inquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and qualify new prospects in target segments: architects, interior designers, real estate developers, contractors, and luxury homeowners.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline via cold calls, networking events, trade shows, referrals, and digital outreach.
  1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized consultations in our showroom and on-site.
  • Showcase marble samples, explain technical specifications (thickness, finish, edge profiles), and advise on design integration and maintenance.
  • Develop strong, long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up and after-sales support.
  1. Sales Planning & Execution

  • Create and implement territory sales plans with clear monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations; negotiate pricing, terms, and volume discounts to optimize margin.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and QA teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  1. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging design preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to recommend new products, finishes, or service enhancements.
  1. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Keep the CRM up to date with all client interactions, leads, opportunities, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
  1. Collaboration & Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop brochures, case studies, digital content, and social media campaigns.
  • Participate in showroom events, trade fairs, and client workshops to showcase our marble collections.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    3–7 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in building materials, natural stone, luxury finishes, or related industries.
  • Industry Network:

    Established relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers are highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written English; proficiency in Hindi (and/or regional language) a plus.
  • Presentation:

    Ability to deliver compelling showroom demonstrations and technical product walk-throughs.
  • Negotiation:

    Skilled in structuring win-win deals, handling objections, and closing high-value contracts.
  • Self-Starter:

    Proactive, target-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Technical Aptitude:

    Familiarity with stone fabrication processes, finishes, and installation best practices.
  • Adaptability:

    Comfortable traveling domestically and internationally (primarily Dubai) as required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary:

    Competitive, commensurate with experience starting from 20,000 – 90,000
  • Commission:

    Progressive commission structure (e.g., 2–5 % of gross sales) with accelerators for surpassing targets.

    Annual performance bonus tied to revenue, margin, and customer-satisfaction metrics.
