What Youll Do (Your Mission)

Own your territory
drive new business and grow existing accounts.
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities
in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Build
powerful relationships
with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and key decision-makers.
Understand customer needs
and deliver winning technical & commercial proposals.
Negotiate and
close deals
to smash monthly and annual sales targets.
Track competitor moves and
stay one step ahead
in the market.
Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

What You Bring (Your Superpowers)

410 years of proven success in
Electrical Panel / Switchgear Sales
.
B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong network in the local industrial and project sales market.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in
Telugu
(mandatory) and good command over English & Hindi.
A go-getter attitude with a hunger to achieve and exceed targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
