The responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers and also to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, sustainable solutions, and continuity of the material/ resources, so that the company can invest in growth and people. Roles and Responsibilities: Regular CAPEX & Utility & Maintenance Spares Procurement. Managing the Procurement of Production Accessories and Consumables Handle Site Level Services with specific focus to local resources. Stock tracking and triggering the PR to PO Cycle. Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries. Ensuring timely delivery of material / Resources as per the awarded POs. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
