Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Enablement & CRM Automation Specialist role based in Manesar (Gurugram). This role is designed to replace conventional sales support systems with AI-driven automation. The role involves owning and optimizing CRM workflows to support business needs. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation, ensure efficient sales operations, and support the overall sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Zoho CRM Ownership & Optimization

    : Configure and maintain

    Zoho CRM

    workflows, and automation

    .

    Design lead qualification rules and sales stages. Automate task creation, follow-ups, alerts and run campaigns. Integrations of

    Zoho CRM

    with other 3rd party apps.
  2. Zoho Books Integration & Commercial Support:

    Integration of Zoho CRM with Zoho Books. Automate quotation → sales order → invoice workflows. Track customer billing status and outstanding receivables for sales follow-ups. Workflows for inventory replenishment: from forecasting to receipt.
  3. Zia (Zoho AI) & AI Enablement:

    Continuously explore new Zia capabilities to enhance productivity.
  4. Reporting & Sales Analytics:

    Build and optimize dashboards for key sales metrics. Creating, optimizing workflows for channel partner, customer complaint resolution and support.
  5. Sales Team Enablement:

    Train sales team on best CRM practices, Drive adoption of Zoho tools, Act as first-level support for CRM & Books queries.


Must-Have Skills:

Zoho CRM, Books, Zia AI, Zoho One etc.

✔Understanding of sales pipelines and B2B sales processes.

✔Automation mindset (workflows > manual work).

✔Good Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

✔Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously


Good-to-Have:

➕ Zoho Flow / Zoho Analytics

➕ Basic API or integration knowledge

➕ AI prompt writing/automation logic

➕ Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage


Education & Profile:

  • Graduate in Business / IT / Engineering / Analytics (flexible)
  • Energetic, tech-savvy

  • Curious, proactive, and process-oriented
  • Comfortable with challenging outdated ways of working
  • 3 - 4 years of experience
