This is a full-time, on-site Sales Enablement & CRM Automation Specialist role based in Manesar (Gurugram). This role is designed to replace conventional sales support systems with AI-driven automation. The role involves owning and optimizing CRM workflows to support business needs. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation, ensure efficient sales operations, and support the overall sales strategy.
✔Understanding of sales pipelines and B2B sales processes.
✔Automation mindset (workflows > manual work).
✔Good Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
✔Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
➕ Zoho Flow / Zoho Analytics
➕ Basic API or integration knowledge
➕ AI prompt writing/automation logic
➕ Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage
