Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Sales Director / Sales Head (M/F) to lead and scale sales operations for offline business and life-transforming training programs for SME & MSME entrepreneurs in Delhi-NCR and beyond.

As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving overall revenue growth, designing long-term sales strategies, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring that training programs create measurable business transformation for entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business growth targets.
  • Own P&L responsibility for the sales vertical with focus on profitability and ROI.
  • Drive both B2B and B2C sales channels, targeting entrepreneurs, SMEs, MSMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Identify new markets, expansion opportunities, and strategic alliances for revenue growth.
  • Forecast sales trends, set quarterly/annual targets, and ensure consistent achievement.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team across Delhi-NCR.
  • Set clear performance KPIs, ensure continuous skill development, and create a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for sales teams to enhance conversion skills.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners, CEOs, MDs, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs deeply and present customized training solutions to address growth challenges.
  • Represent the company at business forums, industry events, and networking platforms.
  • Ensure premium customer experience from first contact to post-enrollment engagement.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize lead conversions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and detailed weekly/monthly reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with program delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and measurable ROI from training programs.

Market Expansion & Innovation

  • Explore new product launches, channel partnerships, and region expansions beyond Delhi-NCR.
  • Leverage digital platforms and technology to complement offline sales.
  • Continuously innovate pricing, packaging, and sales offers to improve margins and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 12–18 years of proven sales leadership experience in education, training, consulting, or high-ticket B2B/B2C services.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations, managing large teams, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of SME/MSME business ecosystem and their training/consulting needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with P&L ownership, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
  • MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Schedule & Location

  • Work Location: Delhi-NCR (In-person role with frequent travel).
  • Travel: 4–5 days per week across Delhi and nearby regions for client meetings, networking, and partnerships.
  • Schedule: Day shift with flexibility for client meetings/events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
