Role Overview

dynamic and results-driven Sales Director Indian Degrees Business

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Indian Degrees business.
  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies across GCC and B2B networks.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams and channel partners.
  • Drive accountability through structured reporting, pipeline reviews, and performance management.

Market & Partner Development

  • Identify, onboard, and scale distribution partners including agents, edtech platforms, and colleges.
  • Strengthen relationships with partners through engagement and growth programs.

University Collaboration

  • Work with partner universities to align admissions policies, launch programs, and define acquisition strategies.
  • Provide market insights for pricing, positioning, and differentiation.

Sales Operations

  • Implement CRM-driven sales processes for lead tracking and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and ROI.

Strategic Growth

  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to drive product innovation
  • Build alliances with corporates and career counseling networks for outreach expansion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales and enrollment targets.
  • Conversion rates and cost of acquisition (CAC).
  • Partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Market share growth and new university additions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;

    MBA preferred

  • 12+ years

    of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in higher education or edtech.
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth in

    B2B and channel-driven models

    .
  • Strong network across agents, institutions, and corporates.
  • Expertise in

    CRM systems

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
