Job Title: Senior Vice President Fashion Apparel Reports To: Managing Director Location: Experience Required 25+ years in Fashion / Apparel / Textile Industry Position Summary: The Senior Vice President (SVP) will provide strategic leadership and direction across all business functions of the fashion apparel division (All format MBO, EBO, LFS). The role involves overseeing Sales & marketing and retail Sales operations to ensure profitability, coordinating with Design, Production, Supply team & Accounts to ensure Brand growth, and operational excellence. The Sr. VP will act as a key business partner to the MD in driving the company’s short-term and long-term strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the company’s business strategy for apparel growth across domestic and international markets. Drive innovation in product design, sustainability, and market positioning. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas. 2. Business Operations Oversee end-to-end operations: Business development in all A+ MBO across Pan india. To open more EBO’s across South, East India & Operate from profitably. Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and supply chain optimization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with company goals. 3. Product & Brand Development Lead creative teams to ensure strong seasonal collections that align with brand identity and market trends. Oversee brand marketing strategies, retail promotions, and visual merchandising. Strengthen product quality, fit, and customer satisfaction. 4. Financial Management Drive P&L accountability and ensure targeted revenue and margin achievement. Forecast budgets, manage costs, and optimize resource utilization. 5. Team Leadership Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, design, production, merchandising, and SCM. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong business acumen with proven leadership in the fashion/apparel industry. Deep understanding of apparel design, production, and retail operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making ability. Global market awareness and trend forecasting capability. Educational Qualification: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Fashion Management, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
