Senior Director Transnational Education (TNE) Partnerships Business Line: MSM Group Location: Gurugram Reports to: Vice President Role Overview The Senior Director Transnational Education (TNE) Partnerships will lead and expand MSM Group’s global TNE initiatives, including dual degrees, articulation agreements, offshore campuses, and academic collaborations. The role is focused on building high-impact academic partnerships that drive internationalization, enhance institutional growth, and promote cross-border access to quality education. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development Identify and establish long-term TNE partnerships with universities, colleges, government bodies, and education networks. Manage a strong pipeline of TNE opportunities such as 2+2, 3+1, dual degrees, twinning programs, and research collaborations. Global Academic Engagement Represent MSM at global education events, summits, and institutional forums. Act as a key liaison between academic partners and MSM’s internal teams to ensure effective collaboration. Contracting & Institutional Alignment Oversee end-to-end contracting processes for TNE agreements including MoUs, articulation frameworks, and QA protocols. Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance in home and host countries. Program Design & Commercialization Co-develop globally relevant academic programs with partner institutions. Contribute to program pricing, delivery models, credit transfers, and mobility pathways. Stakeholder & Government Engagement Cultivate relationships with accreditation bodies, regulators, and embassy representatives. Lead policy advocacy efforts and institutional discussions to promote international academic exchange. Monitoring & Evaluation Define KPIs and performance metrics for TNE initiatives. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in higher education partnerships, academic development, or international relations, with a focus on transnational education. Proven success in developing and managing global academic collaborations across countries and education systems. Deep understanding of international regulatory frameworks and accreditation standards.
