About The Role

A Sales Director is crucial in bridging the gap between individual BDEs and sales management. They directly supervise and support a team of Business development executives( BDEs), acting as coaches, motivators, and strategic guides. A Sales Director’s key performance indicator is the sales (INR) they can do in a month.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly targets through effective communication, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and preferences for property purchases.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Identify potential customers' requirements and pitch properties accordingly to meet their needs.
  • Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation for successful deals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales or related fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving target achievement in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong phone presence and experience in handling tough clients.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
Compensation -

We believe in disproportionate compensation and incentives if you are the right fit. Your base compensation will be based on your experience. But your incentives and bonuses will depend on how you perform.
