About the role:

As a BDE – Sales at HavenHub Infra, you will be responsible for handling leads, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into buyers. The role demands strong communication, target orientation, and a good understanding of the Noida–NCR real estate market. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive conversions and meet monthly sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage and convert leads effectively.
  • Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed targets, particularly in the Noida-NCR real estate market.
  • Leverage real estate knowledge of Noida-NCR to guide clients in their property decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress using MS Excel.
  • Coordinate and conduct property site visits with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.

Qualifications -

  • 2-6 years of experience in business development or a related field (real estate industry preferred).
  • Strong skills in lead qualification, cold calling, email campaigns, inbound sales, customer relationship management, negotiation, and site visit execution.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong phone presence and experience in handling inbound/outbound calls.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
