Director of Sales – 4-Star Hotel | Andheri East, Mumbai

About the Role

Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve consistent results.
  • Build strong relationships with

    corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners

    .
  • Secure new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Drive

    contracting, negotiations, and pricing strategies

    to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams for business alignment.
  • Stay updated on

    market trends and competitor activity

    to ensure strong positioning.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience

    in hospitality sales, with at least

    2–3 years in a leadership role

    .
  • Strong network within Mumbai’s

    corporate and travel markets

    .
  • Proven success in

    achieving and exceeding sales targets

    .
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel sales systems (Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Passionate about hospitality with a

    guest-first approach

    in business strategy.
